What can we offer you?

The Securicash Payment System

• Clients enter their transaction details into a secure form on the Merchant’s web server. VISA, MasterCard, and other credit/debit bank cards are accepted.
• The card details are verified by algorithms to filter invalid card number and expiry dates.
• Once the credit card details are verified, they are transferred to the Bank’s Server by the payment gateway via a secure connection
• The Bank’s server checks the card’s validity. If it is a valid card and there is enough credit available, the money is blocked on the card and the transaction is authorised. If not, the transaction is declined.
• The Bank’s response is relayed to the Merchant’s web server (typical response time 14 seconds). If authorised, the client is informed that the transaction has gone through. If declined, the client will be informed that the transaction was not effected because it had not been authorised by the bank.
• Immediately, the merchant will be sent notification by email that a transaction has been completed.
• The Payment Gateway assigns a unique reference to the transaction for tracking purposes by the Payment Centre.
• No record of credit card details is kept on the Merchant’s server or in the Online Payment Centre.
• Transactions can be kept on hold i.e. the money blocked on the credit card for up to 15 days. However it is possible to extend the blocking period by using our Online Payment Management Centre.

The Securicash Gateway is designed in such a way that it can easily be expanded as traffic increases. This means that it can service clients without downgrading the level of service in peak transactions periods.

The Securicash Software is fully owned by the company, and can be customised according to the exact requirements of the client. (upon negotiation).

Online Payment Management Centre

Securicash clients
are given access to an Online Securicash Payment Management Centre. In this secure area, clients are able to do the following:

Transactions/Orders Report by date and time indicating which transactions are blocked but not transferred (with the expiry date of the transaction) and which are already transferred (including date of transfer)
Orders Pending Despatch Report (client can specify the date parameters they want to view)
Orders Despatched Report (client can specify the date parameters they want to view)

Order Management

  1. Mark transactions as despatched - money to be transferred to merchant bank account.
  2. Transaction Reversal (full amount or partial amount) – this can be used to reverse transactions when the deliverables cannot be met.
  3. Transaction Expiry Date Renewal – used when the deliverables cannot be shipped with the 15-day expiry period.

IP Address Management – merchants are able to block/reactivate/request an alert for particular IP addresses.
Daily Audit Trail – merchant can view all the activity happened in their payment centre.
